  4. Look for a Neighborhood: Do your homework regarding the neighborhood where you want to live.

    2. If you have a child who will be attending a neighborhood school, is the school a good match for your child? Are the homes in your price range close enough to the school?
    3. Check the proximity to shopping and other places of interest in the neighborhood.

    2. Title Company
    3. Attorney
    4. Insurance Company
    5. Lender
  10. Preclose preparation: Almost Ready!!!
    1. Time to coordinate all closing docs and final inspection of the home.
  11. Closing:
    1. Preview final closing documents
    2. Resolve last minute issues (move-in date changes etc.)
    3. Complete transaction
  12. Postclosing:
    1. Help you coordinate move-in
    2. Assist with any issues that arise after closing
